Macedonian government with a large donation reconstruct Macedonian largest and most beautiful stadium opening ceremony of the stadium now with a capacity of 35,000 spectators was the match between Macedonia and Republic of Ireland on 4.6.2011 who unfortunately  Macedonia lost by 0-2. But no one remained indifferent to the beautiful new macedonian stadium arena 'Philip II' with pride to all Macedonians.
